What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, location, details of your requirement and any attachment you upload.

To prevent abuse we store a one-way scrambled version of your connection address. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, share requested documents and manage any resulting business relationship. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Enquiries are accessible only to authorised MTP personnel and to the service providers that host this website and its data on our behalf, under appropriate safeguards.

Attachments

Uploaded files are limited to PDF, image, Word and Excel formats up to 5 MB and are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business record-keeping, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
